The Killers Sax Player Tommy Marth Commits Suicide At 33

Tommy Marth, who played saxophone for and toured with The Killers, has committed suicide. He was 33.

The musician was found dead at his home in Las Vegas on Monday. A message on The Killers official Twitter account reads, β€œWe lost our friend Thomas Marth. Our prayers are with his family. There’s a light missing in Las Vegas tonight. Travel well, Tommy.”

Marth contributed to two Killers albums (β€œSam’s Town” and β€œDay & Age”) and toured with the band in 2008 and 2009.
