ALERT: Voting Machine Taken Offline After Glitch Video Goes Viral

Voter in a central Pennsylvania polling station voted for Obama, but machine selected Romney
A touch-screen voting machine that seemed to either have a calibration problem or a software glitch has been been taken out of service at a central Pennsylvania polling station, NBC News and CNN have confirmed. A YouTube user with the screen name “centralpavote” uploaded a video showing him selecting Barack Obama, but the machine repeatedly registered his choice as a vote for Mitt Romney. The unnamed voter explained in a description of the video:

“I initially selected Obama but Romney was highlighted. I assumed it was being picky so I deselected Romney and tried Obama again, this time more carefully, and still got Romney. Being a software developer, I immediately went into troubleshoot mode. I first thought the calibration was off and tried selecting Jill Stein to actually highlight Obama. Nope. Jill Stein was selected just fine.”
