Stephen Colbert has signed former President Bill Clinton up for Twitter with a not-so-presidential handle: @PrezBillyJeff.
Clinton joked that he had been reluctant to jump on the Twitter bandwagon during the interview that aired on “The Colbert Report” Monday night.
“I think I’m so, sort of, insecure. Like … what if you tweet and nobody tweets back?” Clinton asked. “There’s nothing worse than a friendless tweeter, right?”
