Rapper Chris Kelly, Of Kris Kross, Dies

Chris Kelly, of 1990s rap duo Kris Kross, has died at age 34.

Authorities said Kelly was pronounced dead in a hospital in Atlanta, Georgia at approximately 5 p.m. The cause of death has not yet been determined.

The duo included Kelly, known as “Mac Daddy,” and Chris Smith, known as “Daddy Mac.” The group was best known for the song “Jump” off their multiplatinum 1992 debut album “Totally Krossed Out.” Kris Kross went on to tour with Michael Jackson and have their own video game.
