‘127 Hours’ Inspiration Arrested

The man who inspired the film 127 Hours was arrested Saturday for assault. Aron Ralston amputated his own arm in 2003 after being trapped in a Utah canyon, and his story later was turned into the critically acclaimed movie starring James Franco. Ralston and a woman named Vita Shannon were arrested on charges of domestic violence and “wrongs to minors.”
