Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak announced that separatist leader Alexander Borodai had agreed to turn over the plane’s black boxes to investigators.
“Independent international investigators will be guaranteed safe access to the crash cite to begin a full investigation of the incident,” he added.
“At times I want to give greater voice to the anger & grief we feel,” he added. “But sometimes, we must work quietly in the service of a better outcome.”
