UN- Shooting down of MH17 may be ‘war crime’

A UN human rights report on Ukraine released Monday says at least 1,129 people have been killed and 3,442 wounded in the conflict since mid-April.

UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Navi Pillay also said the shooting down of MH17 may constitute a war crime.
