[VIDEO] Afghan Inside Job Attack kills US Major General

A man dressed in an Afghan army uniform opened fire Tuesday on NATO troops at a military base, killing a U.S. two-star general and wounding some 15 people, among them a German brigadier general and a number of Americans troops, authorities said.

An attacker wearing an Afghan military uniform opened fire at service members of the NATO-led coalition in Afghanistan on Tuesday, killing a U.S. major general.

Military officials identified him as Maj. Gen. Harold J. Greene, a veteran acquisitions officer, who was only assigned to Afghanistan in January to help the Afghan military establish a professional system for managing soldiers and weaponry.
