The writing has been on the wall for a long long time. Since Twitch was launched, its’ huge success made JTV nothing more than a nuisance and liability for the company.
But don’t cry for JTV, Google’s $1B purchase of Twitch was confirmed and they will join the YouTubes for a new video empire.
