Obama Announces plans to sign an executive order TONIGHT on Immigration, and on Friday President Obama plans to address the nation from Las Vegas. The president has been long expected to make an announcement that would protect up to five million unauthorized immigrants from the threat of deportation and provide work permits, but would not be eligible for federal benefits.
