Report: Russia, China Crack Top Secret Docs Stolen by Snowden

Russia and China have allegedly decrypted the top-secret cache of files stolen by NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden, according to a report from The Sunday Times. Snowden is believed to have downloaded 1.7 million secret documents before he left the US.

BBC Reports that UK intelligence agents have been moved because of Russia and China gaining access to the files that were in possession by Snowden, according to a senior government source.

Edward Snowden, now in Russia, leaked intelligence data two years ago.
The former CIA contractor left the US in 2013 after leaking details of extensive internet and phone surveillance by American intelligence to the media. His treasure trove of documents was handed over to media outlets, but it is not clear as yet how China & Russia gained access and through which source.
