Authorities have identified Titantic composer James Horner as the pilot killed in a plane crash near Santa Barbara, California, on Monday. The 61-year old Oscar winner’s death was confirmed by his assistant Sylvia Patrycja. “We have lost an amazing person with a huge heart and unbelievable talent,” Patrycja posted on Facebook. “He died doing what he loved.
