Sen. Barbara Mikulski (D-MD) announced Wednesday morning she will support the U.S. nuclear accord with Iran. That news gives the White House 34 votes in the Senate—all from Democrats—to prevent the chamber from overriding President Obama’s veto of a disapproval resolution. Nevertheless, Republicans including Donald Trump and Sen. Ted Cruz plan to rally against the deal in Washington, D.C. next week.
