Obama Heads To Flood-Devasted Louisiana [VIDEO]

President Obama on Tuesday is visiting neighborhoods in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, that have been devastated by floods that killed at least 13 people and damaged 60,000 homes. Republicans have criticized Obama for not cutting short his Martha’s Vineyard vacation last week to visit the flood zone. White House spokesman Josh Earnest on Monday defended Obama’s decision not to go sooner, saying he was more focused on the federal response than “the optics.”
