Following a weekend of scandal and backlash, Donald Trump tweeted on Tuesday: “It is so nice that the shackles have been taken off me and I can now fight for America the way I want to.” Several Republicans in the past few days have rescinded their endorsement of the candidate, while House Speaker Paul Ryan said he refuses to defend the GOP nominee for the rest of the election. Trump’s tweet is an ominous sign of his plans to become somehow even more controversial, including during the video in which he said he liked to grab women “by the pu**y.” In a series of angry tweets, Trump called his party “disloyal” and said those abandoning his effort are “far more difficult than Crooked Hillary.” He called Ryan “weak” and “ineffective.” Trump added: “They come at you from all sides. They don’t know how to win—I will teach them!”
