PM Benjamin Netanhayu it’s on his way to Washington, where he plans to present Trump with Israel’s position on issues of vital interest, including Iran, Syria and the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
“I am going to Washington to have a very important meeting with President Trump and I will also be meeting with Vice President [Mike] Pence and with Secretary of State [Rex] Tillerson and with Republican and Democratic leaders on capitol hill.”
“The alliance between Israel and America has always been extremely strong and it is about to get even stronger,” he said. “President Trump and I see eye to eye on the dangers in the region, but also about the opportunities. We will talk about both as well as upgrading the relationship between Israel and the US in many, many fields.”
