Roy Moore’s Lawyer Goes All Racist On MSNBC’s Ali Velshi [VIDEO]

Trenton Garmon, the attorney for Roy Mooreโ€™s foundation who called Don Lemon โ€œlemon squeezyโ€ last week, is not quite done making strange comments about the hosts of the cable news shows heโ€™s on.

MSNBCโ€™s Stephanie Ruhle asked Garmon on Wednesday, โ€œWhy would he need permission from any of these girlsโ€™ mothers if they werenโ€™t underage?โ€

Here is how Garmon answered, referencing Ali Velshi:

โ€œThatโ€™s a good question. And culturally speaking, I would say thereโ€™s differences. I looked up Aliโ€™s background there and wow, thatโ€™s awesome that you have got such a diverse background, itโ€™s really cool to read through that.โ€

Ruhle interjected, โ€œWhat does Aliโ€™s background have to do with dating a 14-year-old?โ€

Garmon started to talk about arranged marriages (seriously), and Ruhle immediately jumped in to say, โ€œAliโ€™s from Canada.โ€

Velshi himself didnโ€™t quite know what to make of this.

The segment got heated from there, but after the interview wrapped, Ruhle flipped out on Garmon again and asked what in Godโ€™s name that was about.

Velshi dryly said, โ€œThereโ€™s nothing cultural about my background that helped me to understand what that conversation was about.โ€
