According to Kremlin leaked documents obtained by The Guardian, Vladimir Putin personally authorized a secret spy agency of his to support a “mentally unstable” Donald Trump in the 2016 election. This was discussed in a Kremlin closed session of Russia’s national security council in a meeting on January 22nd 2016.

Three spy agencies in Russia were ordered to support Trump, in a decree with Putin’s signature. Moscow’s experts were to use “all possible force” to ensure a Trump won.
