This page sets out how Live News Chat sources its reporting, how it checks the streams it lists, how it handles mistakes, and how it labels commercial content. It applies to everything published on livenewschat.eu.
Sourcing
Reporting on this site is written from primary sources wherever one exists: the filing, the transcript, the company statement, the court document, the agency release. Where we rely on another outlet’s reporting, we say which outlet and link to it rather than absorbing the claim as our own.
Figures, dates and quotes carry an attribution in the text. If a claim cannot be attributed to something a reader can go and check, it does not belong in the piece.
How We Verify Live Streams
A channel page only embeds a stream when the broadcaster publishes that feed free and permits embedding. We check that the feed is live and that it is the channel it claims to be before it goes on a page.
We do not host video, we do not re-encode or rebroadcast any channel’s signal, and we do not link to unauthorised re-streams of subscription channels. Where a network has no legitimate free live feed, the page says so and explains the legal ways to watch instead.
Streams move and break. If a player on this site is not working, tell us at security@livenewschat.eu and we will re-check it.
Corrections
We correct errors of fact rather than quietly deleting them.
- A factual error is corrected in the article, with a dated note at the foot of the piece describing what changed.
- A typographical or grammatical fix is made without a note.
- An article that turns out to be wrong in its central claim is corrected and the correction is stated at the top, not buried.

Schedules and Programming Information
Broadcast times on this site are checked against the network’s own published schedule. Networks change line-ups, sometimes at short notice, and a schedule listed here can fall out of date between checks. Treat the broadcaster’s own schedule as authoritative if the two disagree.

This site carries advertising, affiliate links and sponsored placements. That is how it is funded.
